The weather was unusually cherry today. Birds chirped, the sun was shining, and it wasn't all too hot. Everyone at the Academy was having some time off.....except for one individual. This individual was a young nine year old boy. However, this boy was so series, you'd assume he was someone three times his age. This was Kirin Yamazaki, the prodigy of the Yamazaki Clan. This boy had a promising future ahead of him in the ranks of ninja; some say he might even quilify for ANBU. However, Kirin seemed disinterested in his relative's plans for him. He had indeed expressed interest of being a ninja; however, he had not stated what he was going to do. This worried his relatives; attitudes like this usually lead to rouge ninja.
Kirin was currently in the courtyard, seated Indian-style on the ground. His eyes were closed, and he appeared to be concentrating. Someone skilled in detecting chakra would sense a decent amount emitting from this boy of nine years old. This was a daily exercise routine that Kirin underwent every day. Meditation was important for chakra control, and was also quite important for another skill he possesed; the Mind's Eye. The ability to see the world with one's mind, without the use of eyes, and to break through all the lies of the world. In otherwords, the user was unaffected by Genjutsu. Kirin had grown in ability, but he was frustrated; no matter how many hours a day he practiced, his Mind's Eye did not improve much in sight.
