A few new jutsus for me, not all usable yet...

Most of them will abuse the mixed element, Metal.

I found no template, so I just use a custom one..

USEBLE NAO:

Name:Kinzokuton:Tsurugi no Kinzoku.
(Metal Release:Sword of Metal)

Handseals:Four, Dragon handseal, Serpent Handseal, Boar Handseal, Bird Handseal.

Effect:After using Raiton:Tsurugi no Rai Artax charges his sword with Fire chakra, giving it the Metal element, makes it longer, and he charges the sword with chakra, making it like a Chakra Chainsaw.
However, it immensly drains Chakra, and can only keep it up for one slice

How it looks:His longsword's reach increases by about 20-30 CM, and it turns blue, when he charges it with his chakra, the metal moves a bit like a spinning chainsaw.

Kinzokuton:Chire no Jutsu.
(Metal release: Scatter Techinique)
REQUIRES SHARINGAN

Handseals:2, with his sword in hand:Dragon, then Ox.

Effect:His sword turns bright purple and it shatters in hunderds of homing Chakra-blades.
However, it drains Artax's Chakra so much that it is only used as a last resort, it also requires the Sharingan, which Artax hates using.

How it looks:Artax does the handseals and holds his sword in front of him, he says "Chire"and the sword scatters into hunderds of purple chakra "Flower petals", the chakra blades then head out in a circleish formation towards the enemy.

NOT USABLE YET:

Kinzokuton:Senkei.
(Metal Release:Annihilationscape)
REQUIRES SHARINGAN AND ARTAX'S SWORD SCATTERED

Handseals:Dragon,Boar,Bird,Ox,Hare

Effect:Artax scatters his sword and moves it aside, it splits and they turn into a row of purple versions of his sword.
These swords are the same as Chakra-charged versions of his sword.
He can make the circle him as defence, all aim at the opponent and shoot at once, or he throws them seperatly for better accuracy.

How it looks:Artax scatters his sword and make the chakra blades circle a few meters around him,"Senkei", and they turn into chakra-enriched versions of his own sword, and they're purple.

Kinzokuton:Shukei, Hakuteiken.
(Metal Release:Endscape:White Imperial sword.)
ONLY USABLE WITH SHARINGAN AND SENKEI IN EFFECT!

Handseals:Dragon, Boar, Ox, Tiger, Rat, Hare, Bird.

Effect:All of Artax's Senkei blades explode into white chakra, and go towards him,"Shukei",He charges his sword with all his remaining Chakra, turning it longer,"HAKUTEIKEN!",He rushes with all his remaining energy at the opponent, and head-on he fires a HUGE chakra slice at his opponent.
This attack drains ALL of his chakra and leaves him fainted, and if injured enough, Dead.

How it looks: All the Senkei blades explode, they turn into small "Sparkles" of white chakra, and they turn into lines as the head towards him.
Artax then charges all his chakra into the sword, and it extends into a white huge sword, doing this rips off a part of the right side of Artax's shirt, due to the intensity of the chakra.
He then rushes at the opponent and slashes at him, the blade leaves small flower petals behind were it slices.

NOTE:The current usuable Chire is a small scale attack, hunderds of small chakra blades isn't extremly large, its about 15-20 CMs in diameter.

Whats with this metal release. The only shinobi who could control metal was the 3rd Kazekage. The other elements other ninja can use are Water, Fire, Wind, Lightning, and Earth.

So in other words to be an uchiha and have the kazekage's bloodline would be kinda crazy impossible. I am just a mod so i dont get final say. So i'll leave it to one of the Admins to rule over.

Also the techniques remind me of a certain bleach character. lol

I's agree with what Jak just said. You should stick to the bloodline jutsus or your own clan rather then using others. aside from that, it looks ok.

This thing isn't a Kekkai Genkai or something, its a mixed element like Hyoton and Mokuton.

Kinzokuton is a made up mix, since Metal is a japanese element, its probably a mix.

And yeah, Byakuya XD, I need some range XD

Like i said in the chat box. This jutsu would destroy the sword used on them. In order to use this move you would also need to have Affliations with Earth and Fire as a must. Wind is a secondary one but, you can use that without the nature affiliation. It will just drain more chakra. These moves will be so draining on a person like you say after using them you are a preety much sitting duck. The thing being these moves wont always hit. If someone finds a flaw and you use the jutsu you will have your character in a lot of trouble.

Like I answered in the chat box:I shall change the fact that its a longsword to its a mere handle.

The chakra bursts from it, the handle is made from the same as Asuma's trenchknifes.

Oh, and Earth and Fire would more likely mix into Lava, not metal

artax has a point but, that idea is starting to sound better to me, we have to wait for one more staff member to agre though, before it can be aproved.
