Because the sound village was just randomly created by Orochimaru to suit his own needs, it doesn't have an acadamy. Instead the ninjas here, train in this area filled with trees and grass.

All of the sound ninjas live here in this chaotic village. If you were to take a stroll through here you'd see only ninjas, that is because there are no sevilians in this village.
