Name: Rallina jones
Alias: Rally
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Village: Unknown, defected into Konoha at the age of 8
Rank: Genin
Clan: N/A
Clothing or Armor: a Divine Nature Silk Dress with a black sash around the waist so as the dress will not ’fly up’ while in battle . The sash also holds a secod use to hold her knives and scrolls.
Physical Appearance:
Standing at Standing at 5’9“ and 165 pounds, Rally is quite fit in terms of a chef. She has Long, brown hair kept straight running along her mid back though she at times will tie it into a ponytail but it is rare. Her eyes match her hair, holding a look that keeps you on your toes. She has tan skin from kitchen heat and training for days on end and calluses on her hands from all the blades she has used over the years. The strange part about her is that she has no scars, almost as if , even in battle nothing can touch her. Her leg muscles are almost supernatural, able to kick through solid stone with ease , and that’s without chakra. She has shaped her body to be that of an acrobats, doing this to balance ninjutsu and the culinary arts into one.
Personality: the chain-smoking chef of Konoha, the Jam crew Pirates ,the Davey Jones pirate fleets number one melee fighter along with currently holding a bounty of 77 million . she has superb fighting skills that only make use of her legs, in an effort to minimize damage to her hands, which would impair her cooking skills. Rally uses an array of powerful and varied kicking moves when she fights. Her cooking skills are world class, and was mentored in both cooking and fighting by legendary and supposedly deceased chefs and martial artist.
Rally is trash-talking and serious, and usually gruff and impatient, especially around anyone of high authority.
Weapons: herself and her cooking knives.
Jutsu: Front Lotus
Name: Omote Renge, 表蓮華, literally "Front Lotus", Viz "Forward Lotus" (a.k.a. "Initial Lotus"), English TV "Primary Lotus"
This jutsu requires opening the first chakra gate, giving the user five times their normal strength. Having prepared for the jutsu by unwrapping the bandages on his arms, the user kicks his opponent into the air, and then performs Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Once he is behind his opponent, he then wraps the arm bandages around them, and grabs them in a bear hug, then piledrives them into the ground while spinning rapidly. The resulting impact will likely kill his opponent, though this has yet to happen due to extenuating circumstances. Because it uses one of the chakra gates, the user is left extremely fatigued, making this jutsu a "double-edged sword." Guy's version involves him uppercutting the opponent, grabbing them (breaking their bones), and slamming them head first into the ground. In the third episode of Naruto: Shippūden, Kakashi displayed his own version of this ability; while it worked the same way as Lee's version, Kakashi managed to wrap up to three opponents, which were actually three of Naruto Uzumaki's shadow clones. Naruto's version is exactly like Lee's version but lacks the arm bandages. Rally has adapted her own Version of the move: first kicking them into the air, hen wrapping her legs around their waist, spins counter clockwise ,releasing them at the last second of impact.
The word renge puns with rengeki (連撃), which means "combo."
Leaf Gale
Name: Konoha Reppū, 木ノ葉烈風, literally "Leaf Gale" (a.k.a. "Konoha Gale" or "Konoha Strong Wind"), English TV "Leaf Whirlwind"
Using her quickness and agility, Rally performs a spinning kick to sweep her opponent off their feet.
Leaf Great Whirlwind
Name: Konoha Daisenpū, 木ノ葉大旋風, literally "Leaf Great Whirlwind", English TV "Leaf Hurricane"
This jutsu involves a powerful leap forward followed by a spinning kick with both legs in succession, the second kick being aimed lower in case the intended target ducks the first.
Leaf Rising Wind
Name: Konoha Shōfū, 木ノ葉昇風, literally "Leaf Rising Wind", English Video Games "Heavenly Dance of the Falling Leaves"
Using quickness and agility, the user will do a swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon the opponent is wielding.
Leaf Strong Whirlwind
Name: Konoha Gōriki Senpū, 木ノ葉剛力旋風, literally "Leaf Strong Whirlwind" English TV "Severe Leaf Hurricane"
This jutsu is basically the same as the Leaf Great Whirlwind, only more damaging.
Leaf Whirlwind
Name: Konoha Senpū, 木ノ葉旋風, literally "Leaf Whirlwind", Viz "Konoha Hurricane" (a.k.a. "Konoha Whirlwind"), English TV "Leaf Hurricane"
This jutsu is a set-up attack for a stronger jutsu. It consists of a simple, but very fast, duck followed by a powerful upward kick, which sends the opponent flying. When Guy uses this attack, he covers his foot in chakra to enhance it, making his version B-ranked.
Reverse Lotus
Name: Ura Renge, 裏蓮華, literally "Reverse Lotus" (a.k.a. "Extreme Lotus" or "Primary Lotus"), English TV "Hidden Lotus"
This jutsu is an advanced and more destructive version of the Front Lotus, which requires that at least three chakra gates be opened (in every instance in which it has been used, five gates are opened). Once enough gates are open, the user launches the target into the air and then jumps after them, striking them quickly in the pattern of a triangle and then hits them with one arm and one foot, sending the target crashing into the ground. This is usually fatal due to the speed and power behind the attack. Because so many chakra gates are opened at once, it can only be used once, since the user will likely be unable to stand afterward. Guy's version involves him launching the enemy into the air, spinning like a drill, and delivering a bone-shattering punch. Rally has created a secondary version where she kicks her opponent while spinning rapidly
Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Name: Kage Buyō, 影舞葉, literally "Shadow of the Dancing Leaf", Viz "Shadow of the Dancing Leaf" (a.k.a. "Shadow Leaf Dance"), English TV "Dancing Leaf Shadow"
While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack.
Kekkei Genkai/Special Abilities: (N/A if none. Any custom Special Ability that is a jutsu must be applied for. Any custom Kekkei Genkai must be applied for in the Clan Board.)
Battle Style: Rally has been training and practicing the art of Capoeira for as long as she could walk, making her body a lethal weapon . Capoeira is
a Brazilian martial art developed initially by African slaves in Brazil, starting in the colonial period. is marked by fluid acrobatic play, feints, subterfuge, and extensive use of groundwork, as well as sweeps, kicks, and headbutts. Technique and strategy are the key elements to playing a good game. Capoeira has two main styles, known as "regional" and "Angola."
Movement
Ginga
The ginga (literally: rocking back and forth; to swing) is the fundamental movement in capoeira. Capoeira Angola and capoeira regional have distinctive forms of ginga. Both are accomplished by maintaining both feet approximately shoulder-width apart and then moving one foot backwards and then back to the base, describing a triangular 'step' on the ground. This movement is done to prepare the body for other movements.
The rest of the body is also involved in the ginga: coordination of the arms (in such a way as to prevent the body from being kicked), torso (many core muscles may be engaged depending on the player's style), and the leaning of the body (forward and back in relation to the position of the feet; the body leans back to avoid kicks, and forward to create opportunities to show attacks). The overall movement should match the rhythm being played by the bateria.
Attacks
Capoeira primarily attacks with kicks, sweeps, and head strikes. Some schools teach punches and hand strikes, but they are not as common. Some scholars have speculated that this is because the art was originally developed by handcuffed slaves fighting against their guards. [citation needed] Another possible explanation for the primary use of feet is the common West African belief that hands are for creation and feet for destruction. Elbow strikes are commonly used in place of hand strikes. Knee strikes are sometimes seen. Capoeira also uses acrobatic and athletic movements to maneuver around the opponent. Cartwheels called "aú" (a very common acrobatic movement), handstands, headspins, hand-spins, hand-springs, sitting movements, turns, jumps, flips, and large dodges are all very common in capoeira though vary greatly depending on the form and rhythm. Fakes are also an extremely important element in capoeira games and the setting of "traps" or illusory movements are very common.
Defenses
Capoeira defenses consists of evasive moves and rolls. A series of ducks called esquivas, which literally means "escape", are also staple of a capoeiristas' defensive vocabulary. There are typically different esquivas for every step of the Ginga, depending on the direction of the kick and intention of the defender. A common defense is the rolê, which is a rolling move that combines a duck and a low movement. This move allows the defensive player to quickly evade an attack and position themselves around the aggressor in order to lay up for an attack. It is this combination of attacks and defense which gives a game of capoeira its perceived 'fluidity' and choreography.
Other evasive moves such as rasteira, vingativa, tesoura de mão or queda allow the capoeirista to move away or dangerously close in an attempt to trip up the aggressor in the briefest moment of vulnerability (usually in a mid-kick).
Combinations
There are also styles of moves that combine both elements of attack and defense. An example is the au batido. The move begins as an evasive cartwheel which then turns into a blocking/kick, either as a reflexive response to a blocking move from the opposing player or when an opportunity to do so presents itself, eg. at an opponent's drop of guard. Two kicks called meia lua de frente and armada are usually combined to create a double spinning kick.
Chamada
Capoeira angola rodas feature a ritual called the chamada. In a chamada, one player assumes a ritual pose, for example, with one hand in the air. Normally, the other player should approach and join the pose (in this example, touching their hand to the first player's hand). The players then walk back and forth until the first player separates and offers a slow attack, and the jogo (game) resumes. However, the whole chamada is fraught with tension, since it is acceptable for either player (although most often the player that called the chamada) to strike out in a sudden attack—at any speed at all. If the other player is caught, it's because they weren't being careful enough.
The goal of the chamada is to test a player's ability to cooperate, to appear friendly, without exposing himself to a sneaky attack. Some mestres will playfully involve spectators in the chamada (for example, introducing a female bystander to their opponent only to take the opponent down while he doffs his hat). Chamadas serve to show how well a player can handle the tricks of the world (o mundo enganador is a common call in the louvação).
Volta do mundo
The volta do mundo (or "trip around the world") is a short break taken by both players during a round in capoeira regional. It is analogous to the chamada in capoeira angola and used to propose a change of pace in the game being played.
Though each school's practice of the volta do mundo differs, one variant could be walking counter-clockwise in large circle, loosely holding the left hands and walking in the same direction. Two or three gentle laps is all the rest you get, then it's time to play again. In some traditions of capoeira angola, the meeting of the left hands would indicate a specific chamada that requires a ritual exit distinct and different from merely separating hands.
The volta do mundo is commonly used to force the players to cool down after a heated exchange or by a player when they need a break. It is important to note that volta ao mundo is practiced differently by different schools—some hold hands, some do not, some walk, some run. In some schools, the volta do mundo is done when the music is over and the players are waiting for the new one to start
Trickery
As students master the basic moves, their game naturally acquires a more cunning slant as they begin to perfect the art of trickery, or malandragem. This involves a lot of improvisation and modifications of basic moves into a flurry of feints and fakes to trick the opponent in responding wrongly. These attempts can be blatant or subtle at discretion of the players. Effective malandragem lies in the development of sharp observation skills and a keen innate ability to anticipate the moves of the opponent and prepare an appropriate response. Some capoeiristas take this aspect of the art to heights akin to the guile of theatrics and drama. Games displaying elaborate performances and even staging skits reenacting historic cultural aspects of capoeira are commonly demonstrated amongst the most learned of the art.

History:
Born on the sea and raised by its devil, Rally has never had what one would call a ‘normal ‘ life. She was trained to work with the seas bounty as a chef by one of the thousand poor men her father had taken captive and was trained by her mother in the art of Capoeira , to further be of use to her and her father. One day Rally had enough, on her 13th birthday she jumped ship, a count of 100 miles above sea level, but due to her harsh training she survived easily , found by Jam, her captain and best friend, and the rest if the original crew on an island with her best friend from chioldhood who escaped yearas befor her. After challenging her n a tornament , Jam claimed her as the ships chef which Rally agreed with a small hassle (Jam left with a black eye and rug burn, Erally left wih a lump and the smell of fish -was smacked in he face with a massive carp- ) . After a few years She met with her father at Joke town (part of the original Mist village) and was challenged to a duel which ended with part of the island destroyed and her back in her fathers grasp, that is until Jam reclaimed her by defeating the entire Davey Jones crew by using her blade , MUGEN vendetta, and saves her once more. She became separated as did the others who were never found. She soon found her was to Konoha and asked for a job, accidentally being hired as a ninja and chef! She now works at Ichiraku ramnen stand and wais for her time before she can return to the sea.
RP Example: Sitting on top of a building, which seemed to be a apartment, was a sixteen years old girl, named Rally. She was sitting on the edge of the building her legs dangling of to the side of the building. A gentle wind blew by, causing Her brown hair, ashed from the smoke in her kitchen, to sway a little. She Sighed as she lit a cigarette, sure it wasn’t her normal brand, but it would do for now; people always said she was too young to smoke well, being half demon did have its perks with healing the body and all. She pulled out her book as she took a long drag from her cig and smiled contently, the herbal taste tickling her to the bone as she flipped to her open page and began to read; that is, until a kunai flew past her ear “great…not again..” she mumbled as she prepared herself for battle
